In 1906 men from Homestead Park formed a fire department to protect their own lives and property, as well as that of the rapidly expanding township.
This fire department soon became one of the 5 within the Borough of Munhall. 104 years later, this company is still in existence providing the best fire and rescue services to it’s citizens.
