Park Volunteer Fire Company #4 strives to provide the best fire and rescue services to the citizens we protect. In order to ensure that we are indeed doing so, we believe in taking a very proactive approach to our training and equipment our apparatus. The Office of the State Fire Commissioner and the Department of Health have developed programs to recognize emergency service providers for excellence in regards to training and equipment. Currently, we are a Participating Department in the States Certification Program. Over %75 of our personnel are certified to at least the Firefighter 1 level. In addition, our Rescue Truck is equipped to the states Voluntary Rescue Service Recognition Programs standards at the Operations level.
