On the evening of Tuesday, March 30th, crews from Station 203 participated in High Angle Rope Rescue Training. Rope rescue technicians practiced rigging for high angle operations, as well as rappelling and belaying operations. Training took place off of the roof of St. Therese Plaza, a 10 story High Rise in Station 203′s first due response area.

Station 203 along with stations 201 and 202 were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Accident with Possible Entrapment in the area of Homestead Duquesne Rd near Verna Dr. at approx. 0345hrs on the morning of Tuesday, March 23rd. Police on scene confirmed negative entrapment. Stations 201 and 202 were disregarded. Rescue 203 responded with 6 to provide hazard and traffic control until arrival of the tow. Units cleared without incident.
